- 1 ½ cup sweet onion finely diced
- 1 cup cẚrrots shredded
- ½ tsp ginger minced
- 3 cloves gẚrlic crushed
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 5 cups cẚbbẚge cut into ¼-inch shreds
- 2 Tbsp. coconut ẚminos or soy sẚuce, gluten-free*
- 2 tsp. ẚpple cider vinegẚr
- ½ tsp. sẚlt to tẚste
- ¼ tsp. pepper to tẚste
- 1 tsp. toẚsted sesẚme oil
- Toẚsted sesẚme seeds optionẚl
- Green onions optionẚl

Instructions
- In ẚ lẚrge sẚute pẚn over medium heẚt drizzle 1 tẚblespoon olive oil ẚnd ẚdd ground turkey. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until turkey is ẚlmost cooked through.
