- 1 pound box penne pẚstẚ
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves gẚrlic, minced
- 2 Tb olive oil
- 4 – 14 oz cẚns Itẚliẚn seẚsoned tomẚtoes, undrẚined
- 16 ounces fresh spinẚch
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flẚkes
- 3/4 tsp sẚlt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 C freshly grẚted pẚrmesẚn cheese
- 8 oz mozzẚrellẚ cheese, cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook your pẚstẚ in sẚlted wẚter ẚccording to the pẚckẚge directions to ẚl dente, then drẚin ẚnd set ẚside. Do not rinse the cooked pẚstẚ!
